ISHMED_MAIN: Business Function Clinical System (Changed)

Since SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Healthcare (IS-H 604), the business function Clinical System (ISHMED_MAIN) has provided new and enhanced functions in various components of i.s.h.med.
