Surgery Monitor

Scope of Functions

Preliminary and Later Operations

In the Surgery Monitor it is possible to change to preliminary operations or later operations for the patient. These operations can also be on other days than on those that are in the Surgery Planning List or the OP Schedule. If you change from the Surgery Monitor again into the OP Planning List or into the OP Schedule, you will again now be located on the day from which you branched into the Surgery Monitor.

Document Profile

In the document profile (maintenance of the relation between OU and document), you can indicate whether a movement is necessary or not for the creation of a document. (attribute BWERF in the table N2DO). This information is considered in the Surgery Monitor for all branches. For example, if a pre-operative log is created, then it is advisable to make no movement required for it because in this case, the surgery would have to be already started. Since 4.0, the movement for the surgery has been placed in the step "Start surgery" for the surgery.

Indicator for Diagnoses

In the Surgery Monitor, the indicators for the diagnoses are also listed. These flags are on the right next to the diagnosis under the branch Diagnostics of the Surgery Monitor.
