View Type for Requests - Structure
Use
The structure of the View Type for Requests is divided into four (4) areas:
Navigation tree:
The navigation tree contains the following levels:
- In the first level are the patients,
- in the second level are the requests for patients,
- in the third level are the services for the requests, as well as diagnoses, short anamnesis, questions and special characteristics.
If services are group services, then the services belonging to the group are put into a fourth level.
Data area:
In the data area, that data for the patient, for the request, and for the service are displayed. The available fields are fixed for the view type. You can specify which fields should be displayed in the view by using a layout for the view.
In the layout you can specify:
- Which fields are displayed
- In which sequence these fields are displayed.
Maintenance of the layout for the view takes place when creating/changing a view by using the layout management function. (Note: This function is only available to users with maintenance authorization authorization object N_VM_DEF!)
You can also use the personailized layout for the View Type for Requests.
Functions:
When using the data area and the navigation area, there is an application toolbar, which includes the display of the view of the functions assigned.
Maintaining the functions takes place when creating/changing a view using the function variant maintenance tool.
Double-clicking on certain fields will execute the related functions.
If no function is stored in the field, then the double-click function defined in the function variant (only one per function variant) will execute.
The function currently defined as the the double-click function can be displayed with the patient line selected by way of the context menu Double-click function.
Selection data:
By using the application toolbar, you can access an area where the current selection area are displayed.
You can hide the display of the selection data by using the user parameter N1RLSELHEAD = X, as well as N1RLSELHEAD blank. Initially, every user must hide the display of the selection criteria.
There is a user parameter N1WP_004_EXPthat specifies which level in the View Type for Requests should open first. The following values are possible:
,,,,P = Patientlevel opens
,,,,R = Requests open
,,,,S = Services open.
,,,,BLANK = No level opens
