View Type for Requests - Calling Views
Use
The call of a View for the View Type for Requests can take place in two forms:
a) Via Drag&Relate:
This variant should be given priority if requests for one or
more patients are to be selected. With this function, the desired patients are selected in a user-defined
View (e.g., occupancy) with the mouse, and with the mouse-click the user branches to the Request View.
In the View Area, this displays all requests for the patients selected, which correspond to the selection criteria stored in the View
b) Directly by Pressing the View Pushbutton without Context:
This variant should
be given priority if you want to see all requests for a patient for a certain care unit. When calling
the Request View, no patient may be selected in the current view (also if in the Selection Variant the
Checkbox "Ignore patient list / case list is selected, then it is irrelevant whether the patient is selected).
All Requests are displayed which satisfy the selection criteria belonging to the View.
The functions defined in the function variant for the View are executed in the context on the current selected lines of the View. When executed, a check runs to determine whether a multiple selection is appropriate for the function or whether a correct line type (patient, request, service or text line) was selected.
If a problem occurs with the selection, then a message will appear in the status line.
In order to find certain data records within the View, the Context Menu (for the selected line of the Patient Line Type) contains the function Find. This enables the use of any string for searches (with wildcards).
