Deleting Medical Documents from the Database (New)

Use

From Release 4.63B onwards you can use the RN2DOC_DELETE_FROM_DB report to delete all data from selected documents, from the database.

The system will only process documents which have the deletion indicator set. If you wish to delete documents without a deletion indicator (e.g. all test documents before the productive start), you must first set the deletion indicator using the RN2DOC_SET_DELETION_INDICATOR program.

You can control whether the system should reorganize the document management data, or simply delete the document data.

During reorganization the system will delete management data for which no document exists.

During deletion the system will delete management data and documents.
