Progress Documentation (New)

Use

The new basic tool IS-H*MED Progress Documentation enables you to document medical facts, unstructured and chronologically, in special "charts". You can record, at any time, current and historical medical and social information about a patient, which can then either be used at a later date, or for the current treatment process, for example as a basis for information at shift changeovers.

The basic tool provides services for maintaining, displaying, and saving progress entries, in the form of the object-oriented programming interface IS-H*MED VD Services API. A prototypical application is the IS-H*MED Outpatient Clinic Folder.

Note: The IS-H*MED VD Services API is only internally released. It is therefore possible to make changes to the public interface.

In the implementation guide for the Inductry-Specific Component Clinical System we have added the chapter IS-H*MED: Clinical Documentation -> IS-H*MED: Progress Documentation. You must define a number range for assigning progress entry keys.
