New Selection Dialog Window for Basic Catalog Entries
Use
Release 4.63 provides a new selection dialog box for inserting basic catalog entries (acute or potential problems, resources and targets). In this dialog box you can change the category of the basic catalog entry even before executing the search in order to allow insertion of a resource in the place of a problem found, for example. The standard function pre-selects "Potential Problem" for the insertion of the problem.
For the category selected using the checkbox, the system will display all existing basic catalog entries that match the specified search criteria. An "Or" command is valid for this. If a search for a resource or a problem runs, then the system will show all entries that are classified as a resource or a problem (or both) in the master data. This means that basic catalog entries will not appear in this case if they are only classified as targets (goals).
When inserting the basic catalog entries into the individual nursing plan, the selection of the categories is also included. The system may insert entries more than once, depending on their category.
Example:
In the individual nursing plan, you call the function "Insert Resource". In the dialog box, you also select the category "Target". For the basic catalog entries, three (3) entries are then selected in the results screen:
- Entry 1 with Selection by Resource, Problem and Target.
- Entry 2 with Selection by Resource and Problem.
- Entry 3 with Selection by Target.
In the nursing plan a total of four (4) entries are inserted:
- Resources: Entry 1 and Entry 2.
- Target: Entry 1 and Entry 3.
The system will execute inserting (in front of the entry) and adding (after the entry) as was usually the case before, corresponding to the selection in the nursing plan.
