Improvements to Cancel Function in IS-H*MED (New)

Use

BADI for canceling IS-H*MED objects

The function for canceling IS-H*MED objects is available in all IS-H*MED components.

If you wish to cancel IS-H*MED objects (e.g. services), the BAdI N1_CANCEL is available as of Release 4.71. This BAdI contains the following methods:

• EXIT_CANCEL_COLLECT: Is used to collect additional data, which should be taken into account when canceling.

• EXIT_CANCEL_CHECK: Is used to execute your own checks and return any error messages which may occur, to the cancel function.

• EXIT_CANCEL_SAVE: Is used to asynchronously update your own data.

Cancel Appointment

If you cancel an appointment in IS-H*MED as of Release 4.71, the system will display, but not preselect, dependent services/requests, etc. The default behavior which results from this therefore aims to cancel the appointment only; the dependent preregistration or request will, however, remain valid. If you wish to cancel everything, you must select the corresponding checkboxes.

Note for OR/Surgery: The "Cancel Appointment" function is available in the Surgery view type with the same functionality. The "Terminate Surgery" is therefore obsolete and can no longer be shown in the new view type.
