Processing Possibilities in PC Documents (Enhanced)

Use

As of Release 4.71 there are two new BAdIs for processing PC documents in addition to the document management user exit. These are executed before or after each individual PC document is called.

You can enter a function module for each document category which is not parameterized. The system will run this function module when a new document is created. Until now it was used to add an enhanced collection of files to the collection of files transferred as standard. As of this release, the previously determined default collection of files is also available in the internal table SS_WRITEDATA with the structure RN2WRITEPC when the function module is called. You can now reduce or delete this for further processing, so that the system only transfers the data which the PC program will actually process. It is still possible to enhance the collection of files.

If you initialize the transferred table SS_WRITEDATA with (CLEAR SS_WRITEDATA . REFRESH SS_WRITEDATA .) in your function module, the system will now delete the entire standard collection of files.

You should check your function modules and remove the initialization of the table.
