Patient Organizer: General Changes (Changed)

Use

Enhancement to Selection Variants for Documents

In Release 4.72, the report RN1PATORG_DOCUMENT has been enhanced; it is possible to select (multiple selection) according to the document status.

You should refer to note number 65343 for variants which are already in use.

Authorization Checks in Patient Organizer

The patient organizer displays procedures. In Release 4.72, an authorization check for displaying procedures is available using the authorization object N_NICP_FAL.

The system will also perform the authorization check when the patient organizer is called from a list (e.g. clinical work station)(check on transaction N1PATORG).

The authorization check has already been delivered in advance in a patch for Release 4.63B.

Form Printing in Patient Organizer

In Release 4.72 a new PATORG event is available for form printing in the patient organizer. Until now there was no separate event for form printing in the patient organizer, the WARD general event of the clinical work station was used.

If you already have WARD event forms in use, you can continue to use these. If, however, you wish to use your own forms in the patient organizer, different to those in the clinical work station, you can assign them to the new PATORG event. If PATORG event forms already exist, only these will be used to print forms in the patient organizer.

Enhancement of BAdI Interface N1PATORG_APPEND

In order to be able to determine in the SELECT and FILL_SORT methods which aspect or view you are in when you call the BAdI, the interface of the methods has been enhanced by the addition of the following parameters:

  • I_VIEWID (diagnosis, service, etc.)
  • I_WPLACEID (aspect)

"Plan Appointment" Function in Patient Organizer

As of Release 4.72, the "Plan Appointment" and "Find Appointment" functions are available in the patient organizer, in the new "Patient Appointment Calendar" function.

The "Plan Appointment" function is called depending on the selection in the patient organizer. The following behavior applies:

  • If you selected an appointment, the planning function is called for this appointment in change mode.
  • If you selected a service, for which appointment allocation is possible, an appointment is created for this service. If you selected an order item of a clinical order, an appointment is created for this order item. If you selected a clinical order, the individual items of this clinical order are expanded in the planning grid and can be planned.
  • If you selected only the patient or an object, for which no immediate appointment allocation is possible (e.g. a document, a diagnosis, etc.) a new appointment is created for this patient. The planning grid is automatically called, if you have called the patient organizer for a patient, but have not selected an object.
  • If you selected an object for which appointment allocation is normally possible, but an appointment cannot currently be allocated, the system will display a corresponding error message (e.g. for an inpatient admission appointment).

Call Patient Organizer for Provisional Patient Master Data

As of Release 4.72 it is also possible to call the patient organizer for provisional patient master data. The patient organizer will display the objects, which can be created for the provisional patient master data (e.g. appointments, clinical orders, etc.).
