Authorization Object in Patient Billing

Scope of Functions

With the new authorization object N_INVOICE, you can control the authorization for billing and canceling at case level.

Depending on the institution and case type, you can grant authorizations for the type of invoice creation. For example, you can allow specific users to carry out test billing, but not live billing. Apart from the values 'test billing' and 'live billing', you can also control invoice simulations (e.g. for revenue accrual and comparing charges) or to control provisional invoices in the country version Singapore.

Note that the Cancel activity is only relevant for live billing (canceling live billing) and provisional invoices (canceling provisional billing).
