Form-Based Service Entry

Use

As of this release, you are for the first time able to enter services using form-based data capture.

The aim of the form is to further simplify and speed up service entry. In this way, forms no longer require manual input and services are entered simply by mouse click.

You can create any number of forms for an institution in Customizing and decide which services should belong to which form. This means that forms can be created for different uses. For example you can create a form for a certain care unit, and include the services that are entered most frequently on this care unit.

There are two types of form available. One is the SAP form with a predefined layout which you can modify to a certain extent. The other is the HTML form which lets you create your own form in the Web browser language HTML.

The forms can be used in both service entry (NL10) and patient admission (NV2000). In service entry, a form is one of a number of views.
