EnjoySAP - Case-Related Service Entry

Use

In case-related service entry you will find views that have been predefined by SAP on the left of your screen. You can display a certain range (e.g. all immediate services) of services for a case by double clicking on these views.

You can now define your own views to complement those predefined by SAP in the overview tree. For instance, you can define filter conditions in order to display only those services that have not yet been fully billed for, and save this service filter as a view. You can also use views to make available a form for entering services.

For further information, refer to the following release notes:

You are also able to hide SAP views or relocate them in the overview tree. You cannot change the content of the SAP views; content can only be changed in user-defined views.

In the case of customer-defined views, you can decide between

  • General customer views (for a group of users)
  • User-specific customer views (for one user)

You must have administrator authorization to define and distribute views for other users. Users without administrator authorization can create or change their own user-specific views. In this case, you should avoid making fundamental changes to or deleting general customer views.

The functions required for creating or changing views, or for modifying the overview tree are accessed by placing the cursor on a node of the tree, or on the background of the tree (below the tree), and clicking the right mouse key.

This calls a context-based function menu which gives you access to the functions for which you have authorization and which are allowed for the object on which your cursor is placed.

If you want to change the order of the SAP folders or customer folders and nodes, place the cursor on a folder or node, click the right mouse key and drag the folder/node to its new position within the overview tree. If you drag the object (folder or node) to a folder, the object will be inserted in the folder at the very bottom position. If you drag the object to a node however, the object will be inserted directly above the node.

SAP folders or SAP nodes cannot be placed in other SAP folders of the overview tree. However, you can group one or more SAP folders in your own customer-defined folder.

Nodes within a folder can only be moved if these are customer-defined nodes in a customer-defined folder. Nodes within SAP folders cannot be moved.

If you change the order of folders in the tree structure or add/change your own views, these modifications are automatically saved for your user ID. You do not have to save changes explicitly. The next time you call case-related service entry, the system displays the overview tree which you defined.
