  • Introduction of Patient with Provisional Patient Master Data for Visit Scheduling
  • For you to be able to use the functions relating to patients with provisional patient master data, the appointment tables (NTMN, NAPP) have to be converted. (This occurs automatically when you import the new release). To reduce the number of appointment records and to keep the run time for this conversion as short as possible, you should try to execute program RNUAPP02 before importing IS-H Releases 4.63. This program reorganizes your appointment tables by deleting elapsed appointment records.

  • As of this release, patient master data cannot be contained in either of the above-mentioned tables. If you have created your own analyses or applications based on these tables, you have to modify these programs so that they read the patient master data via NTMN-PATNR from tables NPAT/NADR (Patient Master Data) or via NTMN-PAPID from table NPAP/NADR (Provisional Patient Master Data).

  • Case-Related Service Entry
In previous releases, user parameter NL10N let you control whether, in certain situations, the system displayed the old service entry screen or the new service entry screen with tree structure when a user called case-related service entry.
Parameter NL10N is no longer supported in this release. This means that it is no longer possible to make a setting in which the old service entry screen appears in dialog. (Cf. release note entitled EnjoySAP - Case-Related Service Entry from IS-H Release 4.61).
  • Redesigned Case-Related Invoice Processing
As of this release, transaction code NA30 invokes redesigned case-related invoice processing (program SAPMNAF1). You should now create screen modifications connected with the former transaction NA30 (program SAPMNAF0) for program SAPMNAF1.
  • Customizing for BDT Interface (DE)

For this release, the BDT interface has been modified to conform to the latest KVDT exchange format. The new fields and rules have been added under version 001 in DE: Configure Panel Physician Association Billing. Make sure that the new fields and rules are also available in your version. SAP recommends that you thoroughly check the following IMG activities:

  • Define Field Table for BDT Format

  • Define Rules for Fields of BDT Format

  • Customizing for DRG Grouper Connection
Customizing for the DRG grouper connection has been entirely redesigned. A program automatically moves the former Customizing settings from the old tables to the new ones. SAP recommends that you thoroughly check the settings in the following IMG activities in the IS-H Implementation Guide:
