IT: Report "IS-H: Hospital Discharge Report (SDO)"

Use

As of SAP ECC Industry Extension 603, Enhancement Package 3 Service Package 01, the program IS-H: Hospital Discharge Report (SDO) - RNCSDO00 is available. This program lets you create SDO files for cases that have been discharged and need to be communicated to SSN.

For further information on SAP ECC Industry Extension 603, Enhancement Package 3 Service Package 01, you can refer the release note IT: Report "IS-H: Hospital Discharge Report (SDO)".

As of SAP ECC Industry Extension 603, Enhancement Package 3 Service Package 02, the program IS-H: Hospital Discharge Report (SDO) - RNCSDO00 has been enhanced with the following features:

  • Changes in the SAP-delivered communication standard and version (SDO 0.1):
  • The sequence order of the fields Internal Transfer Date, Internal Transfer Unit, Secondary Procedure Code and Date of Secondary Procedure for all the defined segments (SD1, SD2, SD3).

  • The length of the field SDO Unique Identifier has been changed from '8' to '10' for all the defined segments (SD1, SD2, SD3).

  • Changes in the report 'RNCSDO00' (Hospital Discharge Report):
  • Certain additional features of the Hierarchical ALV list of cases have been added for usability purposes.

  • A new function module 'ISH_SDOITEM_GETDETAIL' has been developed and is used to retrieve the SAP values of the fields to be used in the SDO record. It is also used to retrieve the communication standard and version and the header details to be used in the process of SDO file creation.

  • A customizable message 'Status profile &1 of case &2 does not handle business transaction &3' with number '054' and class 'NIT' has been added and can be customized by the customer to any message type he/she desires via Maintain Messages in the IS-H Implementation Guide.
