ISH_CV_FR: EDI - Comm.: VIDHOSP File for Treatment (Changed)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Healthcare (IS-H 605), business function SAP Patient Management Country Version France (ISH_CV_FR), the communication procedure FRVID for creating and transferring files for inpatient treatment and treatment at home has been adjusted to the 2010 format structure.

The Reason Not Billed with Statutory Health Insurance field has been added to the structure.

The system enters the reason why the social insurance fund does not cover an inpatient stay in this field. This applies to patients who are non-nationals ("migrants") and whose treatment costs are covered by state medical aid (AME) or by the emergency regulation CASF L.254, and to patients who were treated on behalf of another hospital (cross-institution treatment).

The field remains blank for patients whose stay in hospital is covered by the social insurance fund.

You can trigger message order generation by selecting VIDHOSPin the FR: Manual Dispatch Order Creation for Various MCO Procedures report (/ISHFR/RN_MCO_ORDER_CREATE). You must use the relevant programs for message creation and dispatch.

These changes have also been available since SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Healthcare (IS-H 604), business function SAP Patient Management Country Version France (ISH_CV_FR), Support Package 09.
