Changes to the legal relationship

Description

Previously, when transferring the legal relationship type and the legal relationship number to the FI-CA document, both fields were directly linked: From Release 1.1A, a "-" is written between them.

Example: RBART = 11 old: 114711
=> VTREF
RBZNR = 4711 new: 11-4711
