Complaints Processor

Description

Complaints processing has been improved as follows in Release 4.02: You can now ensure that the user who is specified as the subsequent processor during document processing has been created as an R/3 user in the system. This function allows you to specify the complaints processor as the recipient of a mail or as the person responsible for a workflow task.

Effects on Customizing

If you have set the Complaint processor must be R/3 user indicator in Customizing under SAP Media - Industry-Specific Components -> Advertising Management -> Sales -> Order -> Settings for Specific Sales Areas -> General Settings, the system checks that the subsequent processor for the complaint is an R/3 user when the complaint is entered.

Changes to the Interface

Possible entries are available to you on the complaints detail screen for entering a complaint processor and your entry is checked against the R/3 users that have been created.

This possible entries function is also available to you on the selection screen for the list of complaints.
