Voucher Copy Recipient is Modifiable Following Billing

Scope of Functions

As of Release 4.61, you can continue to assign voucher copy recipients at item level even if a billing dataset has already been billed. Voucher copy recipients are modifiable as long as the item is not technically complete, i.e. as long as the Technically complete status characteristic has not been selected.

You can assign voucher copy recipients at schedule line level until the schedule line is published, i.e as long as the schedule line published status characteristic is not selected.

Voucher copy recipient assignments from item and sub-item level are inherited in all schedule lines that have not yet been published.

This function is only available if you are using the new user interface.
