Customer-Specific Fields in the Contract Interface
Use
Customer-specific fields in the contract interface have been standardized in Release 4.62.
The system transfers a record in the contract interface to which customer-specific fields can be attached in function exit EXIT_SAPLJHGA_016 to contract determination for each billing dataset to be investigated. However, an entry is not made in the contract interface for some operations involving contract assignments (such as reassigning) and this function exit is not run. In this case, data that is relevant to the contract is read directly from the database using a view.
As of Release 4.62, you have the option of adding the same fields that are also used to enhance the contract interface (structures RJHSABP and RJHSABG) to these view fields. You do this using a customer append to structure RJHGAV. Since assignments between the contract interface and RJHGAV occur using MOVE-CORRESPONDING, these customer-specific fields are available
- During contract determination (such as in EXIT_SAPLJHAC_008)
- and during contract processing (such as in EXIT_SAPLJHAC_005).
A function exit must be programmed to make entries in the customer-specific fields in RJHGAV. The example coding supplied copies fields with identical names from the contract interface.
