Conditions for Sales Agent Contract

Use

As of Release 4.63, IS-M/AM no longer supports period-related sales agent payments, such as fixed or guaranteed commission.

It was previously possible to define conditions for fixed and guaranteed commission.

It is still possible to maintain contract-dependent condition types. The name of this function has been modified as follows:
Sales Agent Contract Condition Type 1 instead of Fixed commission condition type) and
Sales Agent Contract Condition Type 2 instead of Guaranteed commission condition type)

The contract maintenance menu (transactions JJV1-JJV3) under Extras → Conditions has been modified accordingly.

Effects on Customizing

Associated condition types (PVFI, PVMA and PFMI) and pricing formulas (210 and 211) have been removed from the standard system.

You assign the condition types that you have defined for contract-dependent sales agent payments as follows in Customizing:

SAP Media → Master Data → Business Partner → Business Partner in Advertising Management → Sales Agent Contract → Maintain Basic Settings for Commission/Sales Agent Determination → Maintain Sales Agent Determination and Conditions for Sales Agent Payments
