Structure of SAP Easy Access

Use

The structure of SAP Easy Access has been changed as follows in Release 4.63:

Master data

Condition maintenance for order/billing documents, contracts, sales agent settlements, revenue recognition and partner settlement has been combined under the master data menu. Functions used to maintain conditions have been deleted in the individual areas.

Functions in the master data menu are accessed as follows:

Logistics → Advertising Management → Master Data → Conditions

Definition and editing of media partnerships and definition of partner objects has been copied from the billing menu into the master data menu.

Functions in the master data menu are accessed as follows:

Logistics → Advertising Management → Master Data → Media Partnerships

Sales

Functions for maintaining conditions that were previously found in the menu structure for the sales functions are now found in the master data menu in the new release.

These functions are accessed as follows:

Logistics → Advertising Management → Master Data → Conditions

Billing/settlement

Billing and settlement functions have been combined under the billing node. This node contains the following functions:

  • Order billing
  • Contract settlement
  • Sales agent settlement
  • Revenue recognition
  • Partner settlement
  • Revenue distribution

Each of these nodes contains functions for editing individual documents and processing collective processing runs.

Archiving functions can be used for all billing and settlement documents in Advertising Management. These functions cannot however be used for the SD revenue recognition and partner setlement documents.

Functions for maintaining conditions that were previously found in the menu structure for the billing and settlement functions are now found in the master data menu in this release.

Functions in the master data menu are accessed as follows:

Logistics → Advertising Management → Master Data → Conditions
