Central Access/Classified Order Entry
Use
- As of Release 4.64, you can use the JKX user parameter to define the Enhanced address search checkbox field as a default setting for business partner processing in central access and classified order entry. This field could only previously be defined as a default setting for each user group in the Customizing settings.
- This checkbox field is used to define whether major customer and PO box addresses are also included in the address search.
- The F4 Help for the Business partner field in central access or the Sold-to party field in classified order entry can be used to determine business partners using the classification processing functions. This input help is called Business partner for a class.
- The possible entries for the Special publication content component now only show content components of the special publication type instead of all content components.
- Values can now be entered in the Copy number from and Copy number to fields on the Service tab page to restrict the service items selection.
- The copy number fields and the booking unit are used to define the general validity range that is used to identify service items.
- The Copy number from and Copy number to fields are displayed in the results list.
