Maintenance of Issue Sequence with Calendar

Use

From IS-M Release 4.64, you can maintain the issue sequence using a calendar. Calendar maintenance is only possible if the publication date is maintained for each media issue and the publication dates are unique and arranged in chronological order.

Calendar maintenance of the issue sequence can only take place as an alternative to manual maintenance.

Calendar maintenance has the following special features:

  • You can specify the variant type and the template issue in calendar maintenance mode.
  • To add a media issue to the issue sequence, click on the appropriate date in the calender.
    The media issues added to the issue sequence are highlighted in color in the calendar (red = planned, yellow = flagged for generation, green = generated).
  • To delete an issue from the issue sequence, open the context menu (with the right mouse key) and call the deletion function.
