New error type 'edition-related error message'
Description
As of Release 4.01, you can also record edition-related error messages among the error messages in distribution.
You should create edition-related error messages if an error situation relates to a whole edition.
Effects on Customizing
If you want to perform output determination for the new error type, the error type must be assigned an output determination procedure.
Dependent functions
When you record a complaint, the System also performs a check against this new error type and the administrator is informed that an error message of this type exists if applicable.
