External Tax Determination in Subscription Order (US Version)

Description

As of Release 4.02, it is possible to have tax determination in IS-M/SD order management performed by an external tax system.

The relevant FI Customizing settings must be maintained in order to perform tax determination using an external tax system.

Certain entries are required in the pricing procedure in order to calculate tax in IS-M/SD pricing. The pricing procedure STDXUS is provided as a template for this purpose.

The tax classification in the publication and the output tax classification for the ship-to party and their jurisdiction code determine whether tax is due and if so how much.
