Changes to Payment Method in Monitored Renewal Subscriptions

Scope of Functions

As of Release 4.61, you can change the payment method and other attributes relevant to billing in a renewal subscription that is in the monitoring phase. The following rules apply to this:

  • It is only possible to change attributes relevant to billing if billing has not yet been performed for the item.
  • You can make any changes you wish to the payment method and payment arrangements (bank details, payment card).
