Grouped Service Functions / Administration Tool

Use

As of IS-M Release 4.64, transaction JKSDUNSOLD01 provides unified access to the following service functions:

• Recording of

• returns and collective returns

• subsequent deliveries

• goods transfers

• Error processing (postediting) of

• returns data (missing returns)

• requests

• goods transfers

Administration Tool

An administration tool (transaction JKSDREQUEST01) has been provided to allow you to modify transaction JKSDUNSOLD01 to match your company's requirements. The tool allows you to create profiles and assign them to your users.
You use a profile to define the functions a user is allowed to execute in the transaction. When transaction JKSDUNSOLD01 is accessed, the system only offers the functions specified in the user's profile. For example, you might specify in the profile that a user is only to record returns and subsequent deliveries but not goods transfers and goods transfers would then not be displayed on the processing screen.

You can define a default profile that is not assigned to any users. The system then uses the default profile for all users that are not assigned a profile.

Maintain the user profiles required in your company for the service transaction JKSDUNSOLD01 in Customizing.
