New DataSources for SAP BW

Use

Release 4.71 contains new extractors (function modules) that can be used to upload transaction data from the following work areas into a BW system:

  • Subscription order processing
  • Complaint processing
  • Billing
  • Circulation auditing

The extractors are described (grouped in work areas) below:

  • Subscription order processing
  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_ITEX - External item in subscription order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORD_ITEM_EX_COMPL
    The extractor reads order items and groups the data for each external item.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_ITEM - Internal item in subscription order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORDER_ITEM_COMPL
    The extractor reads order items and returns a record for each internal item.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_PROM - Subscription promotion data
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORDER_PROM_COMPL
    The extractor reads promotion data for a subscription order.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_REM - Renewal cycles for a subscription order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORDER_ABO_REMIND
    The extractor reads data on renewal cycles for a subscription order.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_ACC Liability account for subscription order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORDER_ABO_ACCOUNT
    The extractor reads data on the liability account for a subscription order.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_ORD_ADDR Business partner and address data for order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Subscription order number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_ORDER_ADDR_COMPL
    The extractor reads the address and business partner data for a complaint.

  • Complaint processing
  • 0ME_ISM_SD_RECL_ITM - Internal item for a complaint
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Complaint number (KVBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_RECL_ITEM_COMPL
    The extractor reads item data, reports and sales data for a complaint.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_RECL_OBJ Object flow for complaint
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Order number (VBELN_N)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_RECL_OBJ_COMPL
    The extractor reads the document flow for an order complaint.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_RECL_ADR Complaint address data
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Complaint number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_RECL_ADDR_COMPL
    The extractor reads business partner and address data for a complaint.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_RECL_SCH Complaint schedule lines
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Complaint number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_RECL_SCHD_COMPL
    The extractor reads schedule lines for a complaint.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_RECL_ACC Liability account for complaint
    Full upload only. Selections: Complaint number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_RECL_ACC_COMPL
    This extractor reads liability account data for a complaint.

  • Billing
  • 0ME_ISM_SD_INV_HEAD Billing header
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Billing document number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_INV_HEAD_COMPL
    This extractor reads billing header data for a billing document.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_INV_ITEM Billing item
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Billing document number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_INV_ITEM_COMPL
    The extractor reads the billing item data for a billing document.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_INV_ADDR Business partner and address data for a billing document
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Billing document number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_INV_ADDR_COMPL
    This extractor reads business partner and address data for a billing document.

  • 0ME_ISM_SD_INV_ORD Billing document flow - order
    Delta-enabled. Selection fields: Billing document number (VBELN)
    Data structure: JSBW_SD_INV_ORD_COMPL
    This extractor reads the billing document flow for an order.

  • Circulation auditing
  • 0ME_ISM_SD_CIRCBOOK IVW circulation book
    You can only use this extractor if you update to the IVW circulation book.
    Master data extractor. Full upload only. The delta upload is implemented using field DELIV_RETRN_DATE
    (Shipping or return date of issues shipped/returned).
