Detailed View of Previous Quantity of Returned Copies

Description

As of Release 4.02, you can display details on the previous returned copies of an issue from the overview of returned copies.

Changes to the Interface

The screens for the worklist and overview of returned copies in returns processing now contain a new Previous returns pushbutton.

Changes in procedure

When you position the cursor on a line and execute the Previous returns function, the system displays a list of the previous return notifications for the issue.
