Workflow Inbox for the Customer Interaction Center Application Area

Use

As of Release 4.63, a workflow inbox component is available in the application area of the Customer Interaction Center. Work items for call center agents can be filtered by specific tasks or groups of tasks so that the system only displays relevant work items in this working environment.

Work items are usually edited in the full screen. Special work items (such as processing documents or callback requests received) do however require processing that is integrated with the CIC.
