HTML Customer Overview

Use

As of Release 4.63, you can generate an HTML overview of data for a business partner.

This function can be used as an independent Internet Application Component (IAC). It can also be incorporated in a workspace in the CIC application area.

HTML templates are used to control the way in which the actual data is displayed.

SAP provides templates for the central data. The template used to display the business partner has been designed for the new SAP Business Partner.

The data environment has not been created for one-time customers for reasons of performance.

Effects on System Administration

If you intend to display billing documents in the HTML customer overview, you should create optional index 001 (partner assignments to the business partner) in database table JHTFPA.

Effects on Customizing

You define which data objects with which attributes are available for the HTML customer overview under Define HTML Customer Overview.

If you want to integrate the HTML customer overview in the CIC application area, you should integrate the CUSTINFO component under SAP Media -> Customer Interaction Center -> Maintain Standard Settings for the Navigation and Application Areas.

You can use the ISU_CIC_ENV BAdI to make customer-specific enhancements to the HTML customer overview.
