M/AM Order List in the CIC Application Area

Use

As of Release 4.63, the following changes have been made to the M/AM order overview in the CIC:

  • Order lists can now be printed.
  • You can select a layout that is defined for the list from the dropdown box.
  • Default values can be entered for the following selection criteria in Customizing:
  • Sales area

  • Period from-to

  • Item type

  • Initial variant

  • A marker can be entered for a booking unit that is used during a search. The way in which the system searches for a booking unit can be defined using the booking unit search type setting.
  • The Display ad spec function is used to display the ad spec for the item in the editor. The system displays the ad spec in the editor within this framework or in a separate window according to the way in which the Editor active in CIC indicator has been defined.
  • Order items can now be copied. By selecting one or more order items, order data can be copied to a new order, edited and saved. The Create with template, Create with template repetition, and Create with reference functions are available to you. Maintain copying control for these functions in Customizing.
  • The Reverse item is used to reverse one or more order items.
  • Multiple line selection has been implemented to allow several order items in the list to be copied and reversed. To select several lines, press and hold the shift key and select additional order items.
  • Automatic refresh after certain transactions can be defined in Customzing using the Automatic refresh indicator. Selecting a new selection criterion in the list does not refresh the list automatically. To do so, use the Refresh function.
