Changes to the Data Transfer Structure

Use

As of Release 4.64, the date format in media-specific fields has been shortened from 10 characters to 8. This means the format is now in line with the format of the SAP Business Partner, which is generally valid.

The following fields in structure BUS_DI are affected by this change:

• ISPEZWANN

• ISPEZBIS

• REMVON

• REMBIS

Field ADDRESS_VALIDFROM has also been included in the data transfer structure. This field allows you to specify a date in the past for the start date of the validity of the main address when creating a business partner. The field content must be earlier than or the same as the current date. It is not possible to create in the future.

Effects on Data Transfer

If you have already generated a transfer structure that contains one of the fields listed above, you should regenerate your structure. In this case, you must also modify the format of the input files.
