Manual Maintenance of Meter Readings
Scope of Functions
The fuels meter maintenance transaction allows you to enter meter readings manually for each location.
In the business location master record (at business type level) you must have:
- Assigned sales meters
- Assigned a processing profile
- Assigned an access profile
To maintain meter readings, choose Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Service Station retailing -> Bulkmaterial handling -> Meter readings -> Maintain.

In Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream)you must:
- Define processing profiles by choosing SSR -> Basic Settings -> Define processing profile
- Define access profiles by choosing SSR -> Fuels Processing -> Process Configuration -> Define accessprofile
The following steps allow user-defined process configuration:
- SSR -> Fuels Processing -> Process Configuration -> Define error codes
- SSR -> Fuels Processing -> Process Configuration -> Business add-in for meter readings user checks
- SSR -> Fuels Processing -> Process Configuration -> Business add-in for meter readings processschedule definition
