Check Input Batch Numbers (Changed in SP2)

Use

As of SAP Oil & Gas 4.6C Service Pack 2, a user must define a Check Input Batch Number Range interval in the Customizing Maintain Number Range activity [Industry Solution Oil & Gas (PRA) → Revenue Accounting → Maintain Number Range].

(Prior to Service Pack 2, a Check Input Batch Number Range was defined in Customizing under [Industry Solution Oil & Gas (PRA) → Revenue Accounting → Define Batch Control Numbers].)

Effects on System Administration

A number range interval is defined from 1 to 99999999. Further, a number range interval is year-dependent, and so users should define them for the current accounting year as well as for the next accounting year.
