Short text
Division Order Schedule A Report (New in SP2)
Use
As of SAP Oil & Gas 4.6C Service Pack 2, you can run a Division Order Schedule A Report in Ownership, which lists the division of interest, owner details, and decimal interest per owner in a specific division order, on a specified date.
The main purpose behind the Schedule A Report is so that employees in, for example, the land department of an oil company, can view the report, and send the report to owners who participate in the division order. You can also use it to display division order details for a specific division order, on a specific date. A sort function exists, which allows you to sort the report by owner number or owner name.
Details of the report include: property ID, property name, product code, field ID, state and county information, effective date, operator, legal description, and owner details: owner, taxpayer ID, owner interest sequence, decimal interest, and pay status of the owner.
Various print options exist, such as:
- Print the full division order data
- Print only selected owners (working owners or non-working owners)
- You can print only the Schedule A Report, or the Schedule A Report, plus labels (to be used on the envelopes when you send the report out to the owners)
- Print one owner per page

Effects on Customizing
You can choose to suppress certain fields, so that they will not be displayed on the print report. You can make the relevant setting for that in the IMG (Customizing) under Industry Solution Oil & Gas (PRA) -→ Ownership -→ Maintain Schedule A Reporting Defaults.
