No Longer Possible to Specify a Billing Schema in an Installation

Description

The Ind. RCat.data (Individual rate category data) pushbutton has been removed from the installation. You are no longer able to override a billing schema in the rate category by entering a billing schema at the installation level. The billing schema from the rate category is always used.
