Printing a Dunning Notice in Correspondence

Description

A new dunning activity 0007 Print dunning form using correspondence container is available in Customizing. Configure Dunning Activities.

If you want to print dunning notices in the correspondence container, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Utilities industry -> Contract accounts receivable and payable Periodic processing -> Correspondence -> Print
2. Choose Goto -> Parameters and enter the value 003 Dunning notice in the Correspondence type field.
3. Save your entry. Go back to the initial screen Automatic Correspondence.
4. Choose Correspondence -> Print.

Note that printing dunning notices directly from the activity run is meant for test purposes only from now on. This test print should not be used productively.

If you choose to print via the correspondence, you can now store the print output and choose dispatch control freely.

For dispatch control you should maintain the following fields in the contract account:

• BP disp. ctrl (dispatch control for business partner)

• AR disp. ctrl (dispatch control for alternative bill recipient)
