Entry and Maintenance of Device Inspection Results Now in QM

Description

You can now enter inspection results for devices in the Utilities Industry (IS-U) application component. To do this, you use the Quality Management (QM) application component. The components Inspection Point/Group (IS-U-DM-TD-IG) and Inspection Result Entry (IS-U-DM-IS-IS) no longer exist.

Up until now you could enter inspection points or inspection point groups in IS-U. Inspection result management was planned for a later release.

The following paths were changed in the IS-U menu: :

• Inspection point/group under Technology was deleted.

• Inspection results entry under Inspection was deleted.

At the beginning of 1999, a guide will be provided containing procedures and required settings for inspection results entry and management in QM.
