Printout of Service Order or Service Notification with IS-U Data
Description
Service order
You can now print the following data specific to the Utilities Industry (IS-U) component for a service order:
- Disconnection status (device)
- Disconnection status (installation)
- Last payment by customer to contract account
- Customer data (address, telecommunications data)
The shop paper for printing a disconnection/reconnection order IS-U: Disconnection/Collection/Reconnection is now created from the form ISU_JOB_TICKET and the print report REPRDC02. With the exception of the reference object contract account, you can now print a disconnection/reconnection order for the following reference objects:
- Business partner
- Contract
- Connection object
- Premise
- Installation
- Device
Service notification
In addition, you can now print the same IS-U data for the service notification as for the service order.
The shop paper IS-U: Service Notification Data is created from the form ISU_JOB_TICKET and the print report REPRSN01.
