New Field "Reason for Reversal" in Billing

Scope of Functions

The Reason for reversal field has been added in the functions billing reversal and adjustment reversal. The reasons for a reversal must be defined in Customizing.

Note: Be sure to always require an entry in this field.

Define the reasons for reversal in IS-U Customizing under Define Reasons for Reversal.

Make sure that you maintain an entry for cases in which no special reason for reversal exists.
