Contents for the Navigation Area in the CIC

Scope of Functions

The navigation area of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) contains the object clipboard and (limited) data environments, which can be configured in Customizing. Although the structure of the displayed objects is not freely configurable, you can do the following:

• Hide individual levels or branches

• Define selection restrictions

• Display attributes to define

Effects on Data Transfer

Effects on System Administration

Effects on Customizing

You can use Define Data Environments for the Navigation Area to define your own environments for the navigation area and add them to your CIC profile as a default work area.
