New Events in Invoicing

Scope of Functions

A program enhancement in contract accounts receivable and payable allows you to define your own customer-specific event R431, IS-U Invoicing: Finished Invoicing Unit, and R433, IS-U Invoicing: Assign Document Numbers in the Sample function module table. These events give you access to the complete information about bill creation, for example, to update the data in your own tables.

In contrast to event R431, event R433 also gives you the document numbers of the contract accounting documents.

Sample program enhancements are available in function modules ISU_SAMPLE_R431 and ISU_SAMPLE_R433, respectively.

Define your customer-specific function modules for events R431 and R433 in Customizing under Accounting -> Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable -> Program Enhancement -> Define Customer-Specific Function Modules.
