Analysis of Operations in Task Lists
Scope of Functions
You can now analyze how operations of a maintenance task list are used in work orders. This enables you to find out, for example, which operations are not used or have been over/underscheduled.
The new menu item, Analyze task list operations, is available under Master data -> Task list in the work management menu.
The percentage variance of actual work from the planned work (in the order) is calculated for each operation. If this percentage exceeds the maximum variance entered on the initial screen, a red light is displayed for the respective operation.
The overview screen
- Displays the average value of all orders where a specific operation appears for the planned work and/or actual work
- Enables you to call the task list
The detailed screen with the orders for a specific operation
- Displays the value that is valid for the operation in a specific order for the planned work and/or actual work.
- Enables you to display the order
