Person(s) Responsible for Connection Object (New)
Use
When you create work orders it is now possible to transfer one or more persons (responsible for the connection object) to the work orders.
Up until now you could enter statistical meter reading notes for a connection object, and allocate a business partner to it. This allocation is now used to transfer the business partner to the work order in a particular function (such as caretaker), as the person responsible for the connection object. The connection object is determined based on the following reference objects for the order:
- Equipment such as the connection, which is installed in the connection object
- Equipment such as the heating, which is installed in the device location

- Define the Static Notes for Field Service.
- Define the Partner Determination Procedure and Partner Function, and allocate them to the relevant order types.
- Define the Partner Functions and Meter Reading Notes for Person(s) Responsible (for object).
