Extrapolation of Devices Allocated to Multiple Installations

Use

As of SAP IS-U/CCS 4.71 you can decide at register level as well as at extrapolation level, whether or not a consumption value needs to be estimated:

If all installations that contain a register with a rate type and where TE069-ESTI_ANL = ` ´ are inactive, consumption is not estimated. If one or more of these installations is active, consumption is estimated. The main installation is not taken into account here as it is preassigned the corresponding rate type.

Effects on Existing Data

The new Ignore Contract Allocation of Register During Extrapolation (ESTI_ANL) indicator that exists at rate type level is contained in table TE069 and can be set via the corresponding maintenance dialog. In the main installation, a rate type with TE069-ESTI_ANL = `X´ is allocated to the registers that are also installed in a secondary installation. These registers are allocated a rate type with TE069-ESTI_ANL = ` ´ in the corresponding secondary installation. The indicator must then be interpreted appropriately in the subsequent functional areas.
