Collective Bill Checks During Bill Reversal

Use

You can now define automatic checks to be executed when an individual bill in a collective bill, or the collective bill itself has to be reversed.

In both settings, you can differentiate between mass and single reversal. In the individual reversal, you can activate an additional query of options.

The following checks are available:

  • Collective bill reversal options
  • Do not reverse collective bill if document is cleared (standard setting)
    The collective bill document cannot be reversed if the allocated CARP document has been partially or completely cleared. In order to reverse the document, you must manually recall the clearing.

  • Reverse collective bill document if document is cleared
    You can reverse the collective bill at any time regardless of whether the allocated CARP document has been cleared or not.

  • Query option in dialog
    This option activates a query of both options in dialog during an individual reversal using transaction EA13.

  • Options for the reversal of an individual bill in a collective bill
  • Do not reverse individual document if in collective bill (standard setting)
    An individual bill cannot be reversed if it is already in a collective bill. First of all, reverse the collective bill, and then the individual bill.

  • Individual bill can be reversed in collective bill
    The individual bill can be reversed at any time, even if it has already been included in a collective bill.

  • Query option in dialog
    This option activates a query of both settings in dialog during individual reversal using transaction EA13.

Use these settings to ensure that the collective bill document does not show an incorrect status when an individual bill is removed from the collective bill.
