SP8: Complaint processing for grid usage invoices (new)

Use

From SAP ECC Industry Extension Utilities, Waste & Recycling 6.0 Support Package 8onwards, you can use the following functions during processing of documents with the Monitoring invoice and payment advice note processing and Mass invoice and payment advice note processtransactions:

  • During a grid usage invoice complaint, the frequency of the reason for complaint in the check module is determined and the reasons are then sorted accordingly. The assigned reasons for complaint are shown in the display of the processes relevant to the document.
  • A complaint notification on the distributor side is also created in the internal system when an outgoing complaint notification (non-payment) is processed on the supplier side using the ISU_DEREG_REMADV_CMPLNT_PRCSS module. You can activate the internal dispatch of a complaint notification in the parameter configuration of the Complaint (grid usage) (SPA type: COMOUTNET) service provider agreement.
  • You can use the /ISIDEX/ISU_DE_INV_CHECKB_040 check module for processing incoming complaint notifications (non-payment) on the distributor side. This checks if the original invoice for the complaint has already been cancelled and sets the notification to Finished, if necessary.
  • When determining payment blocks for processed documents, the blocks for cancellation documents are set to the same blocks as in the related cancelled document. This is made using the new ISU_DEREG_INV_DATA_110, ISU_DEREG_INV_TRANS_TRANSF_1 function module and the changed ISU_DEREG_INV_DATA_040 function module.
  • When sending notifications as an IDoc over the ISU_COMPR_PEXR2002_OUT function module, you can also make individual additions to the sent IDoc using the ISU_VDEW_REMADV_OUT BAdI.

  • You can now specify a reason for complaint for the check module in Customizing:
SAP Utilities -> Intercompany Data Exchange -> Bill and Payment Advice Note Processing -> Define Process Control (Part 1)
  • In Customizing, parameters for the creation of complaint notifications are defined in the integrated system for the Complaint(COM_OUT) deregulation process:
SAP Utitilies -> Tools -> System Modifications -> User-Defined Enhancements for IDE -> Define Deregulation Processes
