ISU_UTIL_1: SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe (New)
Use
From SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Utilities, Waste & Recycling, Enhancement Package 2, Business Function Utilities, General Enhancements (ISU_UTIL_1)onwards, you can create an aggregated invoice based on SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. The aggregated invoice IS_U_BILL_AGGR_PDF with the interface IS_U_BILL_AGGR_IF is available as a sample form.
All individual invoices are issued when a collect form with the aggregated invoice IS_U_BILL_AGGR_PDF and the individual invoice IS_U_BILL_PDF is created.
The expansion of the form class IS_U_IN_AGGR_BILL is new. For the variant Aggregated Invoice with Itemization, for which data collection is dependent on the service provider agreement, you can overwrite the logic with the new global parameter g_flag_doc_header_active = 'X' and implement the user exit during the loop DOC_HEADER_ACTIVE of the application form, resulting in data collection as follows:
- Data collection for the aggregated print document (CDOC_HEAD form level)
- All fields in the table DFKKTHI (Transfer records for third-party billing) are presentable in the text as variables..
- Data collection for single print documents (DOC_HEADER form level)
- All fields in the tables DFKKTHI (Transfer records for third-party billing) and ECROSSREFNO (Reference number IDoc) are presentable in the text as variables.
Note
- We recommended that you deactivate the following form levels and 1:1 sub-levels in the IS_U_IN_AGGR_BILL form class hierarchy to avoid inconsistencies:
- IDOC_ITEM form level (individual items for DFKKTHI)
- THITAXAGGR form level (tax amounts for aggregated document)
- ITEM_THI 1:1 level (FI-CA individual document for DOC_ITEM)
- ITEMDOCREF 1:1 level (IDoc reference number).
Effects on Existing Data
You can continue to use existing forms based on SAPScriptand Smartforms. You can adapt data collection of the form class IS_U_IN_AGGR_BILL for these forms.
